I'm Saurabh, a Revenue Operations and business transformation leader based in Bangalore, India. With over 15 years in enterprise tech, I've worked across Sales Ops, RevOps, program management, and AI-driven process automation — helping organisations scale smarter and operate better.
My experience spans CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot, automation tools like n8n, Zapier, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, and data tools like Python, SQL, and DuckDB. I've led cross-functional teams, built RevOps functions from scratch, and driven transformation programs across India and global teams.
What I'm building now
AIOpsLab is my lab and learning journal — where I document experiments at the intersection of AI, operations, and business transformation. I'm currently building AI-driven automation workflows for Sales Ops and RevOps use cases, and exploring how citizen developers can leverage tools like n8n and Copilot Studio to transform how their teams work.
